Starter Mobile Home #1

I wanted to challenge myself and create a starter house for my Sims using only base game items. I think I did pretty good!

I know that the price isn’t really suitable for new families but let me tell you a little cheat. Turn cheats on via testingcheats on and then type freerealestate. 😉

You should be able to find this house in the Library as well, simply search for my gamertag, Dana86cz.

Bedrooms: 2
Bathrooms: 1
Price: 34,144
Game required: base game

Instructions:
Extract all the files into My Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 / Tray. If you have any issues, please let me know.
