Something to think about, Twitch, Video Games
Big and Small Twitch Streamers You Should Be Watching
If you’re a gamer, you have probably stumbled upon a Twitch stream once or twice. Or you may even be a regular follower!
With thousands and thousands of Twitch streamers on the platform, it can be a bit of a struggle to find new fun streamers to watch.
That’s why I decided to compile a few of my favorite Twitch streamers and maybe you’ll find some new ones to support.
In no particular order, here are my five favorite streamers.
JennaJulien
Current followers: 221,380
If you’ve been around Youtube for a while, you might have heard about Jenna Marbles. Together with boyfriend Julien Solomita they run a shared Twitch channel JennaJulien. While they are playing together most of the time in one room, it’s mainly Julien that is featured on camera. It doesn’t take away from the hilarity of the streams, they have a great sense of humor and they play off each other really well as well as their friends if they’re not playing alone. You can catch them a lot of time during the week, usually playing PUBG.

If you’re a semi-frequent reader of my blog, you might have seen some posts related to or written by one of my closest friends, Ian. He has his own channel, EenPlaysGames (formerly known as Eboy87). While his channel doesn’t have as many followers as others on this list, his community is made of great people. Even more awesome is the fact that his followers sometimes try to break him on stream – either by a funny video or meme. His streams are great fun and you can catch him most weeknights (UK time) playing a variety of games. At this time he enjoys playing Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey and Spider-Man but his playthroughs vary.

I’ve decided to follow Jason on Twitch due to his PUBG Sasquatch highlight someone made. I was aware of Jason as he has played with Jenna and Julien regularly but never went to check his stream. Once I did, it was the best decision of my life; Jason is funny and supportive to all his fans. There’s never a dull moment on his channel and if you’re having real life problems, his community (which he shares a portion of with JennaJulien) is incredibly supportive. He’s famous for his wheezing laughter, Sasquatch gameplay in PUBG, falling off his chair, yelling and finger dancing. He will finger bop for each new subscriber, not caring about any enemies in game. He usually plays PUBG but has been seen also playing Overwatch, Subnautica and Sea of Thieves.

I’ve found Matt’s channel through JennaJulien and JasonSulli as they were playing PUBG. He has an infectious laugh and is a very kind-hearted person. A fond memory before following his channel was the time when he got drunk and jumped into JasonSulli’s Discord, saying ‘snack’ over and over again (thanks to Jason’s host alert). Every now and then I remind him of that event. He also shares quite a few of his viewers with JasonSulli and JennaJulien but that’s to be expected as they’ve played lots of games together. Currently you can catch him most weeknights, playing games such as Escape from Tarkov, PUBG or Rainbow Six Siege.

Due to timezones and my work commitments I haven’t been watching Moisty for long but I know he’s a great guy and it’s always fun to watch him play with his friends. He shares some of his viewers with Craysin and JasonSulli, so you can bet that his community is also friendly and welcoming. He streams most days from the land down under and you can usually catch him playing PUBG, Escape from Tarkov and recently also Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.

Definitely! Do check them out if you get the chance. 🙂
There’s so many great streamers, and a lot of the female streamers aren’t just the pretty faces that so many people think they are…they can really play. Among my favorites are @miro_kitten, @berrycrepe, and @confusingQT

Yes, I agree! I feel like a few bad apples gave female streamers a bad reputation (which is also largely why I stream without a face cam). But there are awesome female streamers, thank you for linking your favorites! 🙂
everyone should watch everything critical role puts out ever ^^
My husband watches a few streamers on Facebook. I think it’s cool you can watch others play and learn tips and tricks.

Definitely! Or even see if you’d like to purchase the game for yourself. Plus the social aspect is also great, you get to hang out with people who like the same stuff you do. 🙂
